Hi Steve
I've been dark for a while and wanted to bring you up to speed on a couple of things. It appears that all is working. Here's a brief overview of the additional steps I took (beyond your instructions).
I've got CumulusMX setup and running on a BeagleBone running Debian.
- Connect WS to BB before starting CumulusMX. This will allow you configure the "Settings" file from the main dashboard.
- Start CumulusMX from a terminal session and keep the terminal up. I found closing the terminal will shut down CumulusMX - this maybe obvious to some, but no to a newby like myself.
- If you don't wish to dedicate a monitor, keyboard + mouse to the BB, then one must install a VNC server onto the BB and use a VNC Viewer to gain access to the BB / terminal. This set up can be done remotely via a Putty session, but from then on use the VNC Viewer to interact with CumulusMX.
These are the steps I took to work through some of the issues. There maybe a better way of doing things, but I found the above has worked for me.
