Realtime guages

Thought I was doing everything right.
Installed the realtime files in the cumulus sub-directory, enabled realtime ftp and it appeared as expected.
Looking at http://mysite.verizon.net/bhuson2/cumul ... ltime.html just gives me a blank gray frame. Just like it's doing it right but no errors or anything to indicate a misfire.
One think I did not was no reference to changing from the cumulus folder to images.
The weather site http://mysite.verizon.net/bhuson2 give the option to goto the Cumulus page, and that all seems to work correctly.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I can't see the xap file in place.

I have just had a look at your realtime guages and this is what I get in Error console in Firefox.

Error: Unhandled Error in Silverlight 2 Application
Code: 2104
Category: InitializeError
Message: 2104 An error has occurred.
