is it possible to send "average winderrection" instead of "winddirection" to wunderground?
if it possible, where can I set it?

"Send average wind" in the WU settings. From the help: Send average wind Tick this to cause average wind speed and direction to be sent rather than instantaneous/gust speed and direction.
