I live in West Kirby, UK.

On the morning of Tuesday 1 September there was a very heavy rainfall in a very short time that must have caused flash-flooding in the area of Meols and Moreton.

I frequently check the weather station "moreton, wirral weather" at http://moretonweather.webspace.virginme ... ges-ss.htm

when I take seascape photos on our sea front.

Would it be possible to for me to see or could you send me the weather station records at that time, please?

You need to contact the owner of the web site, I don't have the data nor do I have contact details, I just provide the software. If the owner reads this forum and sees your request, they will hopefully reply.

John,

The heavy rain occurred overnight 1/2 Sept with the heaviest around 4-7am. There's a station in Moreton that uploads readings to WUnderground.

http://www.wunderground.com/personal-we ... 902/mdaily

Hopefully it's the same one. But that station recorded only 33mm for 2 Sept. 49mm fell near Neston http://www.wunderground.com/personal-we ... 902/mdaily

Hope that helps.
