Because I was stupid and had a setting wrong in my TIMELAPSIP Software my hard drive became full and caused cumulus to crash.
I lost all of my CUMULUS.INI settings. I fixed the full hard drive issue and re-filled out the configuration settings. Cumulus works again but does not upload any of the user pages I have set. You can watch cumulus attempt to process the files but it never actually up-loads them. Any of the standard things it DOES process. I DO have the box checked to FTP the files.
Do I need to just back up all my data and re-install cumulus?
Bummer

Re: Not updating after Full Hard Drive
Reinstalling Cumulus is unlikely to fix anything unless the Cumulus files have been corrupted.
What do you mean by "You can watch cumulus attempt to process the files"? Does it create processed versions of your files on your PC? If so, then turning on ftp logging may show something useful in the ftplog.txt file.

Logging in to 67.228.183.131
Uploading C:\Cumulus\web\indexT.htm
Remote file: index.htm
Uploading C:\Cumulus\web\todayT.htmtmp
Remote file: today.htm
Uploading C:\Cumulus\web\monthlyrecordT.htmtmp
Remote file: monthlyrecord.htm
Uploading C:\Cumulus\web\radarT.htmtmp
Remote file: radar.htm
Uploading C:\Cumulus\web\bob3.htmtmp
Remote file: gauges-ss.htm
Changing directory to public_html
Uploading standard files
Sending html pages
This is the screen you see if you select WEB UPDATE from the cumulus menu.
It looks like it is running but never actually FTP the files.
I do see the files on my local hard drive.
I do NOT see the gauges-ss.txt file being processed, Everything was working flawlessly before the crash.

Re: Not updating after Full Hard Drive
The screen that is displayed when 'web update' is selected is of no use for diagnosing ftp problems. You need to turn on ftp logging and look at ftplog.txt (or realtimelog.txt). If there is no mention of the files in there, then perhaps your settings are wrong, a screen shot of those may be useful. Restarting Cumulus may help.

Re: Not updating after Full Hard Drive
What exactly is the gauges-ss.txt file? Is it the data file for the Steel Series gauges? That's normally called realtimegauges.txt, and is sent at the realtime interval. Do you have all of the realtime boxes selected?
Are you sure you have the remote files configured correctly? It looks like they are missing "public_html/" from the front, assuming that's where your files need to go.

Re: Not updating after Full Hard Drive
STEVE,
I figured it out. forgot to add the public_html/filename.htm to each one.
The crash corrupted several of my xxxT.htm files, but I have them backed up on my old computer.
Will copy them over tomorrow. Still have to redo my NOAA reports.
I really have to give you CUDOS for a great STABLE program.
Cumulus has been running non stop since March 2015 with no reboots or errors. This crash only occurred because my weather cam software filled my hard drive. I have resolved that issue.
Not really sure what you could do to make it any better.
Thank you
Bob
