Cumulus Support

I have a vantage vue that I bought new about 4 years ago. I have now developed an issue with the humitity sensor / readings. Every evening as night fall comes on, the reading drops to 1% ! I live in New York state where I dont think in the history of recorded weather has the humitity EVER been that low. Its obvious I have a problem with the sensor. I have taken the unit apart but all looks fine. I see nothing out of the norm. ( Temp reading are fine ) I called " Davis Tech support but I have to say... that was a joke. Maybe its just the guy I had. Iv never delt with someone who seems so dis interested in talking about a soultion ! All he wanted to do was sell me a WHOLE NEW electrics board to cover EVERYTHING. When I asked him what he may think the problem COULD be... his reply was.... " Damned if I know...man " Really ? good answer. Anyways.. has anyone else encounted this issue ? any help or hints would be much appreaciated.
