Cumulus not opening

Hello all
hope I'm in the right page.
The problem is When I went to close Cumulus yesterday as I pressed it to close as normal my hand slipped a little, after that it disappeared from the screen, so obviously I then pressed the small icon on the left side and found that won't act, So there is no Console on here at all
I have tried the searches it may show but won't open.
I am lost.
any support be welcomed

Are you saying you have deleted the short cut from your desktop?

Open Windows explorer (not IE) and take a look in C:\cumulus for the icon. Then 'right click' and choose 'send to desktop'.

Or perhaps you have minimised it, and you have 'Minimise to tray' set? If the 'small icon' you refer to is the icon in the system tray, try right-clicking and selecting 'Restore Cumulus'.

You could also check to see if Cumulus is running, right click the task bar and select 'Start task manager'.

Well I tried your suggestions
I tried what Steve said and went back to small icon cumulus restore but no
then tried what Duke said, start button, Cumulus was there left click
with no action
don't know what to do, whether to start from scratch or go back weather eye system recording?.

It's hard to provide any better help from your description of the problem. Have you tried rebooting your PC?

Ah
No I haven't Steve,
I'm afraid to say I don't know how to, I would if I knew how to,
I am only on the pc from time to time to see weather reports and printing +emails or if I have a problem so I am not to sure how to reboot the PC

no I never far as I can remember.

are there anyway I can reload cumulus and start from scratch?

Before you try starting from scratch, follow my instructions (as Steve suggested) for a reboot.

To reboot, click the 'Start' (Windows) icon (bottom left of screen) click 'restart'.

Yes I rebooted that yesterday with same result,
been looking around it looks as if Cumulus have fallen apart in different sections.
