Can't Connect to WU without rapidfire

When i have rapidfire enabled Cumulus connects to WU just fine. The problem is that I have a limited amount of data on the internet I have it connected toso I only want to update WU every 5 minutes. When I disable rapidfire and set the interval to 5 minutes Cumulus doesn't connect to WU and in the debug file it says that the WU url returns a 404.

Any ideas?

It must be a problem with name resolution, or perhaps a firewall blocking the address and returning the 404. If you paste the URL from the debug log into your browser, and put your password in instead of the asterisks, what happens?

So when I do what you said through my non-Cumulus laptop it connects fine. When I do it through the Cumulus one the address cannot be resolved. They are on different routers, but the cumulus router is brand new and shouldn't have any filters or anything. So I then connected my cumulus laptop to the other router and it goes through as well. So definitely something to do with my router. Any ideas?

A ping of the URL gives me TTL expired in transit. I guess this is not a problem with my cumulus configuration.

edit: So I changed my network adapter DNS server to a google server and it now works fine. Thank you for that URL testing trick, it put me on the right path.
