What browser are you using.

Could it be a Firewall problem.

Details of you network and which machine is running which element (i.e. where is MX and where is the browser) would help us help you.

Yes, just the same as you would with any other web server, if you open the required ports in your firewall (8002 and 8998 by default) and forward the ports appropriately. But anyone else who knew about it (or found out about it) would also be able to access it, and view your settings, including your passwords, and change your settings. You would have to devise a method of restricting access to only yourself.

It looks like your system date/time format settings have changed such that Windows no longer recognises the 'timestamp' line in today.ini as a valid date and time. But as it looks like this is a completely new install of MX, starting today, then perhaps it is a problem with your language setting.

What is on the timestamp line in your today.ini file?

Sorry but brand new install no ini.

Ah, OK, in that case it uses the current date and time. It looks like there is a problem in .Net that it can't parse a string holding a date and time when Norwegian is being used, which is pretty stupid in this case, as .Net created the string itself. I'll have to do some experimenting to see if that is actually the problem, and whether there's a way around it.

so still no contact with Davis pro2.
