phantom rain!

Hello everyone, I have a bad problem with my Davis Vantage Vue: all of a sudden, since the 30th of June 2015, I've been having one (or more) hits of phantom rain! Every single day, 0.2 mm, one day in July even 0.6 mm, and today 1st August 2015 other 0.4 mm..
I've tried switch the trasmission ID from #1 to #8, replace the CR123 ISS battery, and also replace the entire rain tipping module! But nothing to do, always this rain that does not exist, since it hasn't rained well for 1 month. The rain cone is also perfectly dry and clean.
This always happens in the early morning, usually before 10 am, but just now (7 pm) it happened again.

Ryan (the seller from ScaledInstruments) told me to remove the tipping module to see if the following day it would count this bad rain again: and in fact it did not count it.

So what could it do? In July it rained just one day, and then the rain was correctly recorder.

I have removed the module again, tomorrow will tell you if the consolle will record the tip..
