I've downloaded and run version 3028.
This time the 'recent historical' data has loaded correctly. (verified at least up to 24 hours) Just in case, I checked the logger data, and there are a few duplicate entries. They are not being reported in the diag, and no longer seem to be preventing the array from being filled with historical data.
