God evening. Being at the eastern end of the world, I was able to upload Windows 10 today. All went tolerably well until I tried to download the data from my WS3083 to receive the following "box":

Any thoughts as to solving the problem?

Steve, Thanks to you for pointing me in the direction of the other post, and to Derek H for solving a problem I would have spent hours trying to solve and pulling out what little hair remains in the process. Regards, Terry
