God evening. Being at the eastern end of the world, I was able to upload Windows 10 today. All went tolerably well until I tried to download the data from my WS3083 to receive the following "box":

Any thoughts as to solving the problem?

Your system date/time setting has changed (seems to be the am/pm indicator in particular), see this recent thread - https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=14104
