adding annual data summary step by step please

Hi there,
Simple step by step on adding an annual data summary page to a standard cumulus website set up?
Sorry if this has been tackled elsewhere but any help would be welcome.
I have downloaded the AnnualDataSummary and extracted the zip files, read the wiki and cumulus help and found some forum threads on styling and editing etc but most regrettably it seems I need something even more basic which gives me a step by step guide to setting up a standard annual data summary page like this example http://www.sompt.com/weather/annual_dat ... /index.php , no bells and whistles, just an annual summary... in particular I am stuck on where to save files and how to upload them and how it could fit with my standard cumulus website set up. So some embarrassingly simple questions afoot!
Part of the problem is that the pc running cumulus is based at my school so I need to come in to sort each step, another issue is that I am not familiar with html and css. Anyhow, if it's possible to do this simply and manually then any advice will be most welcome, if it requires much beyond that then I'll have to go quietly and admit defeat for now until I can learn more. So many thanks for any advice. So far:
I have the standard website set up thus... http://www.weather.rgsinfo.net/index.htm which is accessed from our school weather page at http://www.rgsweather.com
I have downloaded the annualdatasummary zip and extracted it.
What do I do with it? (sorry!)
How do I upload it - do I use the Internet Settings page directly in cumulus or do I use a separate ftp uploader?
I can't find exactly what to add to the Internet Settings "external programs" Daily box ... I understand wiki recommends changing this (from blank currently) but not sure what to change it to (dayfile txt)
Can I add an annualdatasummary page as an add-on but keep the "Include Standard Files" / standard web page set up? Or will I need to upload all the files to create a customized website?
OK, that's more than enough dumb questions for now. Again apologies if this has been covered elsewhere but I am keen to upgrade the look of our cumulus weather page with an annual data summary.
huge thanks for any kick-starts on this.
Simon
