MX UI blank except for time

Something has happened and now the MX UI is showing no readings except the time. CumulusMX starts and recognizes the station (running on raspian) and shows that it is connected to Firefox that I am using on Windows 8.1. It shows that Firefox is connected to the PI 2. Here are the diags.

Are you using the 'Synchronise Fine Offset Reads' setting to attempt to avoid the well-known Fine Offset USB lockup problem?

You could try just restarting MX, but it's likely you'll have to reset the console (remove batteries and USB cable for a couple of minutes). You may get bad data for a while as a result of the reset, if you have to do that.

I forgot to mention that I am using the Windblown Weather Station by Charlie Gale that emulates fine offset. I have never had the USB problem in windows with it.

I tried a lot of things and could not figure it out. Then I tried completely replacing the CumulusMX folder and recopying my data from my windows install. Everything is working fine now so something got messed up in the Pi for some reason not sure.
