CumulusMX is running on Rasp PI, connected to a Windows Vista PC with a fix IP-Addr.
When I start the UI with Firefox, no data on the first three pages are seen, the other pages
look fine.
When I start the UI with IExplorer I get 'WEB socket NOT supported by your browser' just with these
three pages.
I've searched in the forum for a while but it seems no others got this problem.
Has anyone an idea what's going wrong?

A firewall/router issue perhaps? Do you see any errors in the javascript console or web socket traffic in the F12 browser console in Firefox? I don't use it these days, so I don't know how you view web socket traffic.
What version of IE? It's not running in some kind of compatibility mode?

Re: UI pages index, now, gauges no data
F12 shows me an error while connecting to 192.168.3.6:8002; => "connection interrupted". (line 10 - dashboard.js)
I've got no idea why
netstat on the raspberry shows *:8002 LISTEN, same as on port 8998.

P.S. it's the IE9

I would say you have some kind of network issue - your router or firewall. Or perhaps it's an issue with the version of Firefox you're using. I'm not aware of anyone else having this issue.
IE9 doesn't support web sockets.

Re: UI pages index, now, gauges no data
when I use another PC with Linux OS and Catwheezel Browser, I get the same Error 'connection interrupted'.
I can't see any settings in the Router that refuses espacially port 8002.
Strange, netstat -al on rasp shows "ipaddrrasp:8002 ipaddrPC:49829 connected" (same Linux and windows)
I try to figure that out and hope I can tell you someday the reason.

Does MX show a 'connected from' message (at the command line) when you attempt to connect?

Re: UI pages index, now, gauges no data
it shows a connected from: and netstat on the pc shows RASPBERRY:8002 connected
but the browser says ipaddr:8002 was interrupted while page was loading, but no disconnect on the Raspberry.
no idea, sorry

The problem may be related to your locale, but it's really impossible for me to diagnose from here without useful diagnostics, and I don't use Firefox so I don't know how to obtain those. Chrome can show the websocket traffic, and also Fiddler, as mentioned in the announcement posts, which I use a lot myself.

Re: UI pages index, now, gauges no data
I had a look using FF, and I see this:
The connection to ws://192.168.1.9:8002/ was interrupted while the page was loading. dashboard.js:10
But the page still shows data. If that's the error you're seeing, then it's presumably a red herring. I suspect the actual problem is incorrect encoding of the data by Mono, but I can't find a way in FF to show the response data.
