Portion of website not functioning

I seem to have "broken" a portion of my website some time ago, and I am now trying to troubleshoot. The site is located at:
http://sparkylabs.net/weather/wxindex.php

The "Outlook" and "NWS Weather Forecast" sections are no longer displaying. Can anyone help me to fix this? Thanks!

I seem to have another issue- the "Weather Trend Graphs" are not showing. Any ideas here? Thanks-

You appear to have them fixed, http://sparkylabs.net/weather/wxgraphs.php seems ok.
