Crazy reading

Post by grunseit »

Early today suddenly high gust and high wind displayed ridiculous figures of 92.2km/h and 369.9km/h. I tried editing each of All time records, month records etc, but could not change the display.
How do I do it?
How can I rest all history if required?
Thanks
Dan

There is information in the FAQ (and more in the Wiki) about correcting erroneous data supplied by the station, e,g,:

http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#Cumulu ... my_station
http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#How_do ... nd_lows.3F
http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#How_do ... records.3F

Note that Fine Offset stations commonly generate false readings and you can use the 'spike removal' settings on the Cumulus calibration settings screen to try to avoid them being logged in the future, as mentioned in the first FAQ listed above.
How can I rest all history if required?

I find with my Fine Offset station, it's kind of warning the batteries are getting low in the transmitter/receiver.
Onced changed, no more spikes......
