Cumulus MX lang parameter

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

It's apparently possible to create your own locale from scratch, giving it a new name. I wonder if that would work? It may juts be that Mono would refuse to recognise it.

It's a shame that mono does not take into account the modified locale.
I was trying to use a dot as decimal point in french locale without success when i found this tread!
I hope that this will change at some point in mono.

Laulau, without being a fault-finder (is this the word in english for someone who knows better?) I found this wikipedia article (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Decimal_mark) to get more information about the decimal mark in some countries in the world.
If you search for "france" on this page you will see

Countries using Arabic numerals with decimal comma
Countries where a comma "," is used as decimal mark include:
Canada (when using French)
France
..and also Germany. Maybe with a search and replace in your editor, you are able to convert the dot's into comma's in your old data files and continue with comma for now.

:D
