My station is currently showing 1027.9mb, any ideas? I got an error message on cumulus last night about inaccurate air pressure and to remove the batteries. I did and now all its done is wipe yesterdays data and put in a -15c min for yesterday too, nice one. Another month messed up. Anyway to resolve this? regards John.

Should be about 1022 right now around Ellesmere Port. You need to calibrate your relative pressure, as described in the manual. If you had done that previously, resetting the station may have caused the setting to be lost, so you'll need to do it again.

Note that Cumulus does not tell you to remove the batteries if it gets an invalid pressure reading. It suggests that you may need to do that if the USB interface has apparently locked up. Inevitably, this will result in loss of data and sometimes invalid data, which you will need to clean up. It's one of the joys of owning a Fine Offset station - if you experience the lockups that many people do, the 'synchronise Fine Offset reads' setting in Cumulus often helps. If you do have to do a reset, it's a good idea to turn off the use of the data logger in Cumulus for the next start up only - that should at least avoid the invalid readings.

My pressure is showing 1040.3 mb  I've not altered anything and didn't calibrate the pressure when I set it up :?

Still on the high side, it was spot on with my other barometer and local wunderground stations, until I started this thread.
