Rain issue now FTP errors...?

Hi

Hope someone can help here!

My rain sensor was intermittently reporting high rain... which is clearly in error.

However, the log shows the errors below - repeating consistently.

All other data is being FTP'ed ok to the site so not sure how a 550 can spring from nowhere.

The error is being returned from the server as a result of attempting to change the working directory to the one you have configured in Cumulus, so you probably have that wrong. If despite that, the uploads are working, then you probably just need to leave the directory blank.

If that doesn't help, turn on ftp logging, let it run until an upload has been completed, and then attach the ftplog.txt file here. A screen shot of your ftp settings in Cumulus may also be useful.

Thanks for the quick reply - its very much appreciated.

I did see that as a possible solution but had discounted it due to the "rain issue" and the fact that it had been running cleanly until the "rain issue" appeared.

I will go and check that immediately!
