Rainfall rate anomaly

Rainfall rate anomaly
Am not sure what has happened: graphs show rainfall rate of 24mm/hr at 5pm yesterday but records & main cumulus display states 60mm/hr. I suspect 24mm/hr correct. Have attached section of relevant diags file if this may help. Thanks
