Problems when Station was disconnect

Hello,
sometimes I have to disconnect the Station (WH1080), because the data-read does not work anymore.
If I then re-connect the Station and re-start cumulus, than I get one spike in Temperature (sometimes +/- 20°C) and one Spike in Pressure.
How can I prevent these Spikes?
The "Spike-Removal" Setting does not help in this case.
Thank you for help.
Frank

Are you having to reset the station? It's possible it's reading old data from the logger if you are. If you zip up the diags folder and attach it to a reply in this thread, I'll take a look.

the problem begins at 04.05.2015 16:28 Uhr (see it at attachment "cumulus.005", "Station not responding")
the diags floder from re-start see it at attachment "cumulus.006"
a screenshot from the temperatur-graphs, you can see in the attachment

What you describe as a 'spike' looks like a reading of zero, but I can't tell where that came from, and it's not clear at what time it occurred. In the second diags file, the station is still not responding, and Cumulus logged no data in that run. If you would like to re-read my reply, and provide the information that I actually asked for, I'll look at it when I get chance.
You don't appear to be using the 'synchronise Fine Offset reads' setting, which may help to stop the station's USB interface locking up.

sorry, my english is not so good, which Informationen do you need?
I hvae disconect the Station from usb and disconect the Batterie and close cumulus.
when I re-start the Station, cumulus read 8°C Temperatur but the real Temperatur is 24°c, after some seconds, the correct data will be take over.
the Problem:
this wrong 8°c will be save as the Minimum today at 16:29Uhr, but this is wrong!
I Close cumulus again and clear the wrong temperature in the history-data.

With some Fine Offset stations, resetting them resets the current data pointer, but they keep the actual data, so Cumulus reads this old data. It's quite hard to do anything about this - I may try to do something at some point. If you use the 'synchronise Fine Offset reads' setting, you may avoid the need to reset the station quite so often.

'synchronise Fine Offset reads' Setting has always been activated, the Problem with the "Station not responding" is with this Setting not so often.

One thing you could do is that when it locks up, in Cumulus unset 'use data logger' before you reset the console. Then it won't download bad data when it starts up after the reset. Remember to set 'use data logger' again afterwards.
