I've been struggling for some time now to get Cumulus to download the archived data after a power outage etc. I've tried everything, but it NEVER downloads anything. I've played with the archived interval in WL and Cumulus and have set them both to 1, 5 and 30 minutes but no archived data gets downloaded. Cumulus always says Archived Records read:0 in the bottom bar.
Looking at the diags I noticed the following;
2015/05/01 19:56:53.294 : Loading last N hour data from data logs: 2015/05/01 07:54:00 PM
2015/05/01 19:56:53.305 : Loaded 61 entries to last hour data list
2015/05/01 19:56:53.316 : Loaded 181 entries to last 3 hour data list
2015/05/01 19:56:53.913 : Loaded 1441 entries to last 24 hour data list
2015/05/01 19:56:54.409 : Loaded 8945 entries to recent data list

2015/05/01 19:58:13.161 : Error in earliest timestamp, unable to process logger data
What could be the cause of this?

Re: Vantage Pro - Not reading archived data
There's a problem with the timestamp that the station is putting into the logger entries. I would suggest changing the logger interval in the station itself, which would clear the logger memory, but it seems you've already done that. The console clock looks OK, so I don't know what else to suggest, other than a complete reset of the console, and perhaps taking the logger out and putting it back while the console is powered down. Does Weatherlink download the archive entries correctly?

Re: Vantage Pro - Not reading archived data
Thanks Steve! That did the trick!
Rebooted the console and all is well. Not sure why I did not try that first.
