Strings.ini - Problem

Hey,
i have copy a samplestrings.ini and rename it into strings.ini. Both files are in install directory of cumulus.
In strings.ini file I modify some phrases like is written on wiki.
I save strings.ini file and restart the umulus program but nothing is happening? Where is the problem?

Are you sure your strings.ini file is called strings.ini and not strings.ini.ini or something else? If you're sure it has the correct name, please zip it up and attach it here.
