Repative forecast

In the last week or so I seem to be getting the same forcat which reads Excellent weather, Stormy Much percipatation.
Now granted we have had a lot of rain lately This mont I have had 1.94 inches so far.
Is this normal?
I have atached the latest copy of the Diags File
