Issue with Aercus WS3083

If anyone has the above station and can help as I am perplexed. I set the date and time on the base station and set to UK time ie -1 hour, only to find sometime later the Radio controlled clock has activated and set the date 6 days further on and a completely different time. Any help on this one would be gratefully received.
