Would be useful if you gave us a URL (Web Address) to your site so we can see what is happening.

Take a look in the Cumulus log file in the 'Diags' folder and see if there is anything ftp related. It's been 9 hours since your last update if your status page is correct.

To rule out your host having an issue, have you tried a manual ftp?
