Cumulus Support

hai, my name is Fahru Roji. Iam from Indonesia.

i have weather station vantage vue. i running it one month. but when i download the datas. theres no data on the 13th of march, theres data on 14th of march and 12 th of march.

why it can be happen?
i download it from device to my pc by usb cable.

anyone can help me?

If you zip up the diags folder and attach it to a reply in this thread, I'll take a look. But it's possible the diags file has been overwritten by now.

Make sure you are not allowing your PC to sleep/standby/hibernate while Cumulus is running, and make sure you do not have any USB power savings enabled.

i am still use weatherlink 5.9.2 programs.

and still download manual using usb cable

That's not the diags folder Steve asked for but, you're actually missing data from 03/02/15 2:20 p until 05/02/15 2:10 p. You say you're not running Cumulus 24/7 yet, is it possible you left too long between manual downloads and the data was over written in the logger?

Oh, I see - you should have made that clear. As this is the Cumulus support forum, I assume support queries are for Cumulus, unless you say otherwise.

yes, i can get datas almost one month without using cumulus. But i get that problem.
so i wonder if i use the cumulus, maybe this problem will be solved.

I jsut running the vantage vue, and just let it running. Once or twice in 2 weeks, i download it bu using usb to my pc, which just has weatherlink program

When the logger fills up it just over writes the old data - hence you lose it. My advice - make the move to Cumulus. You already have it talking to your Vue so you're good to go.
