Temperature Zero reading
My oregon scientific wmr 88 works just fine with Cumulus, however I do not run my pc 24/7 so whenever Cumulus starts it reads the temperature as zero until the first data from the weather station arrives. My daily minimum in Cumulus then records as zero ,now this is fine if the temperature outside is below zero because it will then overwrite a new minimum temp. Is there any way of delaying the recorded minimum until all the sensors have been reported correctly ?https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/posting.php?mode=post&f=4#

Re: Temperature Zero reading
It's because your station has no logger, so you have to run software all the time or your recorded data will have gaps and will be meaningless, particularly if the software is not running at midnight when a day ends and a new one begins. Cumulus just won't work in the way you are trying to use it, sorry.
