As soon as I remove batteries from my digitech weather station and usb and reset it. Cumulus says it needs resetting within minutes of connecting again. Signal coming from outdoor sensors ok. New batteries in console. Why is this suddenly happening. Please anyone help?

Have you enabled the 'Synchronise Fine Offset reads' option? This may help.

Perhaps suspect soldering on the USB socket in the Display Module or faulty USB cable istself?

Click on configuration than click on DEBUG LOG this will give you a listing if any errors found and might shed some light as to what is hapening here.

I had to reset mine about once a month and after getting sick of that I found the Easy Weather software works just fine when Culumlus doesn't so that's what I am using for the moment because I'm tired of resetting the unit for a minor USB problem and losing all my data and having to do a complete setup and re-calibration procedure which takes some time

The Easy Weather software may be a bit crude and ugly but at least it works reliably (so far) without all the hassle of a reset
