Eclipse Weather

Post by logjam »

The temperature curve during the 20th March eclipse was interesting.
At this location, the skies cleared and stayed clear for the whole of the eclipse. The darker blue represents an obscuration greater than 50%. The line, the greatest obscuration. Note that the temperature continued to fall even after the greatest obscuration. :?:

The eclipse reached 86% here.

Any other results?

There was a slight temperature drop here. The sky was heavily clouded durung the eclips (max. 84%), so not visible.
The solar sensor however recorded the eclips very clear. See the attachments.
