realtimegaugesT.txt not uploading

Hi,

would appreciate some help -

my realtimegaugesT.txt file is not uploading via ftp to my web folder, so the SS gauges are displaying but are not registering the information.

The website is http://www.andyhorne.com/weather/gauges-ss.htm

The default cumulus one works (http://www.andyhorne.com/weather).

The guages-ssT.htm file gets uploaded, but the txt one doesn't. I've tried to rename it to htm as suggested in another post, but that doesn't work either.

Could be it is just truncated but that first image seems to be saying the source directory is Cunulus instead of Cumulus?

One thing I can see that is wrong is in your gauges.js:

realTimeURL_Cumulus: '/web/weather/realtimegauges.txt', //*** Cumulus Users: Change to your location of the realtime file ***

That looks like a path on the ftp server rather than the web server. But the file doesn't seem to be there anyway. You could turn on ftp logging briefly and look at the realtimeftplog.txt, that should give some clues.

thanks - the line is truncated, it does say 'Cumulus'.

I tried a couple of variations of the realtime entry in the gauges.js file; the web server directory is 'web\weather' , the cumulus user root directory is 'weather', I tried both.

I turned on ftp logging, it doesn't generate a log. It had some entries from earlier testing that just said 'Aborting!', but no log is generated at the moment.

Edit: I found an ftp log, I've copied it to the dropbox folder - it has entries for the other files, but the realtime one is not listed.

Realtime uploads are in realtimeftplog.txt. If it isn't generating one, then it's not attempting to do realtime uploads at all. Have you configured it correctly to do those? Can you show a screenshot of the files/options tab, please?

Aha! That was it - I didn't have the 'Enable Realtime' options checked in the main configuration page.

So I now have the realtime.txt and realtimegauges.txt files there, but the Steel Series are still not correct, I think I need to edit the gauges.js file again.
