Extrange data

I have installed a webpage with cumulus and a WS-1081 station. It´s been working for a little over a week now and sometimes I get some weird data published. Specially on the trends graphs. For example the other day the software crashed and when we got it back running some weird data, like "noise" was published on the times before the soft was running back again. and this morning we went suddenly from 4.7C to 11C in a bit when it´s still below 5C
Is there any way to prevent this worng data to get produced or at least not shown?

Thanks

The Fine Offset stations do produce strange readings sometimes, and Cumulus does its best to filter them out. As a way of stopping sudden jumps in temperature, you can edit the cumulus.ini file, and in the [Station] section add a line: EWTempdiff=x.y Where x.y is the maximum difference in degrees that you are prepared to accept between successive data readings.

But that 'rainfall today' graph is quite amazing. I've never seen anything like that before. It looks like the data is almost random. I think the best thing to do is to edit the log file and remove those entries.

Thanks Steve, I´ll check the .ini file and keep an eye on those weird rain values.
