Hi
I have a Aercus WS3083 which uploads to Wunderground http://www.wunderground.com/personal-we ... 28#history using Cumulus 1.9.4
The Problem I have is if the indoor unit looses connection to the outdoor unit while cumulus reports a sensor error it keeps uploading the old/last known readings for wind rain and temperature. This results in incorrect/stale figures (sometimes by hours) being shown on wunderground even though it shows that the station just checked in in the last few minutes
I would rather that it simply did not send the figures that it did not have (meaning it could only send pressure) instead of sending incorrect data.
Is there a way to change this?
Thanks

Re: Stopping Old/Cached Incorrect data uploading to Wundergr
There's no way to just send partial data. You could try setting 'restart if data stopped', then Cumulus will attempt to restart after a minute and will stop logging and uploading until it gets some outdoor data. However, this may not work as it's still receiving indoor data, so probably doesn't consider it 'data stopped'. The assumption is that any loss of transmission is short term and no action is required. If you are getting this frequently and for several hours, you are losing significant amounts of data and you should consider correcting the cause of the problem.

Re: Stopping Old/Cached Incorrect data uploading to Wundergr
I am working on resolving the underlying issue but a solution will probably be a month or two away yet.
The other problem is because it does not stop uploading data I don't receive the warning email from wunderground saying that data has stopped
Does anyone know if there is a fast way to delete a time period of data from wunderground. I know you can do it row by row - or an entire column for an entire day - but what if I just want to delete 6 hours so about 100 lines. The only way I can see is line by line

In the new view you can select multiple rows by clicking and dragging - be sure to select all the columns you want, as I don't think the new interface actually deletes the rows, it just clears the selected data from them.
