Trying to generate some extra traffic to my site, I've got it on a Facebook page, twitter, instragram, youtube channel and entered it in the Google search engine.
I like to get a few more hits, so what else can I do with a zero budget???

Question, do search engines hit the framed page(from my domain provider) or do they grab from my pages.
I have a good to ok meta tags on my domain(ace2weather.com) side which have been entered in via the domain interface, but my actual ones on the web sites are poor..

I would make sure that your actual websites tags, descriptions etc are good and see if you can get links to local area websites, also check out Google analytics and webmasters tools which are free

Time to look for an alternative then. Did you know Steve does a limited amount of hosting for a very modest fee?

Looking on my ISP about webspace, it says it allows php(not uploads).
But.....
I know if I try support it's going to rock the boat as I'm allocated 50Mb space and I'm using around 80 ish now....
Been considering hosting somewhere else, but it's just another cost.

Chris,
It all depends on how important php is to you. Remember too that more visitors will push up that 80Mb.
Have a word with Steve here and see if he can offer you something mutually agreeable.

The 80mb is webspace only(drive space).
The traffic is included in my cap(60Gb), the site chews upwards of 5Gb a month.
Maybe much more....

Updated my Meta tags/descriptions on my domain side.
Also updated every page with the new Meta tags/description plus altered the page layout.
I had Google analytics webtools setup, but was with the old address and pointing to the index page only, so that's all sorted now.
Now to wait for the traffic!!!

You have no robots.txt on your site. I would guess as a result that you have not setup a Google Webmaster account, created the robots.txt and submitted a sitemap xml file so Google and others know how to index your site.
You should do that as it is more important than Analytics.
robots.txt controls what search engines should not search, gives reference to your sitemap etc...
Normally, unless your weather site has a bigger scope that your local area, you would expect visitors to your site from the local area only. If you provide scripts, larger area coverage etc.. then you could get a bigger audience.
