Hello,
We had a power failure yesterday and since then, cumulus no longer upload all the usual files to the webhosting server.
> Cumulus itself works perfect ( v 9.0 Buiild 958 )
> Still Upload to Wunderground and PWS
The debug file says logging disabled but we did check the debug option
I attached the last diag file
Hope you can help and your effort is already appreciated,
tkx

I think the first thing you should do is update your Cumulus to the latest version, yours is extremely old. The latest is: 1.9.4 build 1099. Be sure to read the changes between your current and the latest version.

Re: Cumulus stopped updating website
Update Cumulus to the latest version might fix the problem but the old one has been working fine since day one and updating is not an option has the owner of the computer did not like Cumulus 2.0 for whatever reasons. I had to go back the older version.
I am sure the problem is easy to fix. My guess is a file got corrupted by the power outage.

Re: Cumulus stopped updating website
Duke was suggesting the latest version of Cumulus 1, not 2. I can't support software which is more than five years old, I can't even remember what settings it had and what diagnostics were available to help in resolving problems. As you say, the most likely reason is that a file has been corrupted, most likely the Cumulus.ini file, and perhaps if you go to the internet settings in Cumulus and check the settings you will be able to resolve the problem.

Re: Cumulus stopped updating website
I unchecked the Active FTP mode and it did the trick for whatever reason.

Re: Cumulus stopped updating website
That means that something has changed in a firewall or router between Cumulus and the ftp server.

Re: Cumulus stopped updating website
I'm having a similar issue with Cumulus 1.9.4 build 1099 not updating my website via ftp. I have an ftp client that I can connect and upload to my ftp server on CenturyLink so I'm stumped at the moment. It stopped updating about 3 weeks ago. I would think if I had a firewall block or router issue, my external, FileZilla, ftp client would not be able to upload either. Any suggestions would be awesome.

Re: Cumulus stopped updating website
Did you upgrade from an old build i.e. prior to build 1093 as that build introduced UTF-8 coded web files and if you do not want UTF-8 encoded files you need to switch it off in the Internet configuration. See the notes on the 1093 release.
