I have one problem with Cumulus 1.8.8 beta realtime.txt is not uploaded to
web site, having to do remote upload.

If you turn on ftp logging, it will produce a file called realtimeftplog.txt which should help identify the problem.

It looks like you have the path (the ftp directory) configured incorrectly in Cumulus. I can't really be much more helpful than that because I don't know how your ftp filestore is set up.
