Cumulus FTP Settings / Godaddy hosted site

I had Cumulus setup to FTP files to my local webserver that was also running Cumulus. I used Filezilla server on my local Cumulus PC / webserver to send the realtime Cumulus files to the local webserver, and my website worked great.

Cumulus/Local Webserver-->Filezilla Server/Local Webserver-->Local Webserver/Web site

Now I want to transfer this website to my Godaddy account.

Cumulus/Local PC-->Godaddy Hosted Website / FTP Server-->Web site

I uploaded my website to my Godaddy website, and it works. What I cant figure out is the Configuration> Internet settings>Sites/Options>Website portion of Cumulus. I have my Godaddy domain in the hostname, and the proper directory setup, but Cumulus does not send the updated files to my site. I feel like a noob here... what am I doing wrong? I have read the web site instructions on the Cumulus pages, but still cant figure this out. Thanks!

Not sure if this will help but I have my http://www.komokaweather.com on godaddy. All my Cumulus web files are in www.komokaweather.com/weather

In Cumulus Configuration Internet Sites/Options tab for Directory I have only weather
Some time ago when I had frequent GoDaddy connection problems they had me change the Host name from www.komokaweather.com to an IP number that GoDaddy gave me for FTP. Now I can log in to my GoDaddy host by either username@www.komokaweather.com or username@ipnumber for both Cumulus upload and Filezilla upload.

All my extra files upload are in Cumulus Configuration Internet Files tab Remote filenames as weather/ website file name - i.e. weather/realtimegauges.txt
