Davis Vue - USB -- window 7--cannot link station to Cumulus

I have a Davis Vantage Vue--USB Connection--Weather link working---Cannot connect to Cumulus. I saw the post about downloading the vertural serial, but the link for Davis is for a much older system, How do I establish a link?

There's a link from there to the drivers for more recent versions of Windows, on the Silicon Labs web site.

I did get it to link-up---the problem was I also had Weatherlink open and did not realize you could only link to one at a time. I am now struggling getting linked up to Underground weather---but I am sure I will figure it out
