I need help for website setup

Hello and sorry for my bad english, I´m from germany and my school-english is far away.

I need help to create my own cumulus-homepage.

I do this:

but the website don´t work.

when I connect my website, I see this:
"the website is in build, the website is empty"

what is wrong?

I miss a "index.htm" file on my website, where is this in the cumulus-webfiles?

can anyone help my?

Cumulus creates the file and uploads it to the directory you have specified. Perhaps you have the wrong settings. If you show a screen shot of your Cumulus internet settings, the problem may be obvious to someone here.
