Cumulus Support

Hi
We are have the WS3083 weather station. I have just connected the weather station to the laptop then opened Cumulus. The February data does not seem to have uploaded and show in Cumulus, however there is a datafile with today's date.
Please help, can not seem to find the answer in wiki or help
