NOAA Style reports & betel_datasummary.php failure
Help requested
Still using Cumulus v1.9.4 (1099)
I notice today Feb 2nd that my NOAA reports web page (http://www.g4glp.co.uk/NOAA.php) did not get updated with Feb 1st data. I can see the expected 2 files on my server
NOAAYR2015.TXT 01/02/2015 00:00:33 and
NOAAMO0115.TXT 01/02/2015 00:00:30
Also my betel_datasummary.php (http://www.g4glp.co.uk/betel_datasummary.php) did not get updated.
Is this likely to be an issue at the web server end early this morning? There have not been any changes on my dedicated weather pc for some weeks.
Please give some guidance on how to correct the pages.
Thank you

Two totally different scripts experiencing the same update problems suggests an update failure of some kind.
Are the files existing where you actually expect them to be ?

The monthly file for February is actually NOAAMO0215.TXT; that and the yearly file should have been uploaded just after midnight today, i.e. the 2nd. So perhaps there was an FTP issue that stopped them being uploaded. Did they get created successfully on your PC? You could either upload them manually or wait until the next automatic upload.Dennisdg wrote:I notice today Feb 2nd that my NOAA reports web page (http://www.g4glp.co.uk/NOAA.php) did not get updated with Feb 1st data. Should do, yes. You should also upload NOAAYR2015.TXT as the one on your web site is a day old.

The summary data is not in the servers SQL database.
I guess there was an FTP hick-up early this morning.
Is there a way to upload that file manually?

I don't know what you mean. Cumulus appends a line to it each day; and it never has today's data in it. What does yours look like?
