Trends not showing on website

Topics about the Beta trials up to Build 3043, the last build by Cumulus's founder Steve Loft. It was by this time way out of Beta but Steve wanted to keep it that way until he made a decision on his and Cumulus's future.

Trends not showing on website

Post by PaulMy »

I am pretty sure I had the trends showing earlier in the beta testing but recently just updated a new build, test the dashboard to see if all works and then exit. Running b1018 just looked at trends.htm and get the outline but no data.

I have uploaded webfiles folder's-
\css\ files in /weather/css/
weatherstyle.css to /weather/
\images\picture.jpg to /weather/images/picture.jpg
\js\ folder as is to /weather/js/

The pressdatad3.json as well as the rain, temp, wdir and wind .json files are all uploaded and current upload time in the /weather/ folder.

Anything I may have missed?

 Paul

You're missing (at least) jquery-1.8.2.min.js from the scripts directory.

Thanks Steve, that triggered my memory. Another one of "I think I can" then do it and suffer the consequences later  I had removed the full script folder from my Cumulus /weather/ folder as I am using Mark's v2.5.3 gauges-ss release in its own folder for Cumulus1 and CumulusMX and thought that I then wouldn't need the script in the Cumulus /weather/ folder :bash: Didn't understand the interaction of the files in js and script folders for gauges-ss and trends.

Just dropped scripts in /weather/ again and all is well.

I will need to reorganize things again as I have the full scripts folder now in /weather/ and in /gauges-ss/ and also in the Saratoga template folder. If the future new versions from Mark can be updating the CumulusMX files then I can drop the /gauges-ss/ folder.

Again thanks for setting me straight.
