Highest daily temperature range

Post by Robbie »

A faulty thermometer left me with exaggerated all-time temperature maxima. I have edited the log files and corrected the all-time highest temperature, heat index etc., but am still left with a false all-time highest daily temperature range. I guess I can just edit the current alltime value but it would be onerous trying to establish the correct value to substitute for it. Is there a way of forcing an automatic recalculation now that the erroneous temp data have been edited out?

Any help on this gratefully received.

Thanks

If you've corrected dayfile.txt, the all-time record editor (on the edit menu) should be able to determine the correct record.
