hi can any body help?
i have a oregon scientific wmr-88a weather station . have downloaded the latest version of cumulus and have windows 8.1 on my computer i cannot get the cumulus to send the data to wow.metoffice .gov.uk. i keep getting error ftp code of 10060 and timing out. does anybody have the correct way of getting this to work(setting up the cumulus) including the correct ip number or address. i have tried almost everything

Uploads to WOW use http, not ftp, so the ftp error is not relevant for this problem. There is no IP address to enter, you just put the details that WOW gave you into the WOW settings panel on the Cumulus internet settings screen. Could you please show a screen shot of that?
