Cumulus Support

Can anybody point me to some simple instructions to download the data from my datalogger. Having installed Cumulus on my Windows partition on my Mac I plugged in the Aercus logger using a USB cable and expected to find a simple download data button in the Cumulus menu system. I can't see one and I can't see the Aercus in the explorer windos. I must be doing something stupid....? The mac beeps when I plug the logger in.....

There's no 'download button' because it does it automatically. Have you selected the correct station type - you need the Fine Offset with solar/UV setting. What do you see when Cumulus starts up?
