Downloading my Aercus ws3083 data to Cumulus

Can anybody point me to some simple instructions to download the data from my datalogger. Having installed Cumulus on my Windows partition on my Mac I plugged in the Aercus logger using a USB cable and expected to find a simple download data button in the Cumulus menu system. I can't see one and I can't see the Aercus in the explorer windos. I must be doing something stupid....? The mac beeps when I plug the logger in.....

There's no 'download button' because it does it automatically. Have you selected the correct station type - you need the Fine Offset with solar/UV setting. What do you see when Cumulus starts up? If you mean that it is displaying live data but didn't download the old logger data from the period before you ran it for the first time, please see the FAQ: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/FAQ#I.E2.8 ... er_station
