Hi Steve

Any chance of providing a "remember where on the screen I was last time I shut down feature" for the main program?

Every morning I drag the window to the right so that the wind data is always visible when I'm doing other things!!

Apologies if it's already there and I've missed it

Cheers

Clive

PS Any progress on the Silverlight 2>-->3 problems
Still occaisionally get long periods of smooth windspeed transitions
but can't see a pattern to it

It's possible, but it's not totally straightforward, so the 'bug fixes only' rule applies.

Yes, and as it happens I got the latest reply from Telerik only an hour ago. They fixed the animation problem but introduced a new problem where their components started using huge amounts of memory. They fixed that, and I then switched to using their chart component instead of the Microsoft one. This introduced a new problem with the gauge animation, which they don't seem to be able to fix. I might have just worked out a workaround for this, where I do the animation myself, so I might be able to release a new version shortly. I can't expect them to do everything for me, can I? I only paid £900 for these components after all.

OMG -- let's hope the donations offset this, or some of it

At the time I paid for them (by CC) I had just over half of it in donations, but by the time the CC bill needed paying, the donations covered it all. So thank you very much, everyone!

Telerik say they will have a version I can use to build a new release of the Silverlight application by the weekend (but it looks like I will still have to use my work around).
