Yes, same here. The ground around the house (I can't call it a 'garden') is very muddy and the dogs keep bringing it in.islander wrote:the ground is absolutely sodden. We could really do with a dry spell to firm things up again.
I've only just started recording so I can't give you accurate figures for normal rainfall patterns but we've had a lot of rainy days without a break hence the ground is sodden. To give you an idea, our longest dry period in November was three days, in December it was one day and this month we haven't had a dry day yet. The ground simply hasn't had time to drain or dry out.THX wrote:
